Apnao is a social initiative to advocate the cause of vulnerable children. APNAO is a Hindi word meaning, 'EMBRACE'.
Every child needs a loving permanent family, a safe environment, a future and a childhood. We aim to bring a paradigm shift in the way people see and respond to a vulnerable child. Journey with us and let us have Conversations, take up initiatives, campaigns, fundraisers and spread new ideas and ways of transforming lives.
We believe Films and Stories are powerful tools to change mindsets and to influence people to do good. As part of this campaign we will produce short films, covering various aspects that are required to make a vulnerable child’s life better.

Apnao Foundation is about empowering families so that every child would have a family, a safe environment, and a childhood. Our community service projects range from helping children directly as well as helping people who influence a child like parents, schools and other institutions.
